RFP for Road Paving 2026 (due 5/6/26) -- 9 roads

The Farmingdale Select Board is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the Paving Project 2026

Prospective bidders must obtain bid instructions and contract documents from the Town Clerk at the Farmingdale Town Office, or the Farmingdale Website at www.farmingdalemaine.org. 

 

Completed bid forms must be received in sealed envelopes addressed to the Farmingdale Select Board, 289 Maine Avenue, Farmingdale, ME 04344, prior to 6:00pm on May 6, 2026.  The bidders name and address MUST be clearly marked on the envelope along with the title Paving Project 2026.

Bids shall be opened and reviewed in accordance with Section 2-201 of the Farmingdale Code at the Road Advisory Committee Meeting on May 6, 2026 at 6:00pm.
