Planning Board public hearing --April 16, 2025 at 6:00pm

The Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing at the Farmingdale Town Office located at 289 Maine Ave. Farmingdale on Wednesday April 16, 2025 at 6:00pm. This public hearing is for the following amendments and additions to the Farmingdale Code of Ordinances.

1. New Budget Committee Ordinance
2. Amend the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, Article 2 (Purchasing, Bidding and contract Procedures) Section 2-201 and 2-202.
3. To Adopt (LD 2003, “An Act to Implement the Recommendations of the Commission to Increase

 Housing Opportunities in Maine by Studying Zoning and Land Use Restrictions”) to comply with

 Maine State Law.
